I’m an independent artist based in Birstall. I only collect what I need to fulfil your print orders and keep in touch if you’ve asked me to.

At RJ Reid Art, I take your privacy seriously.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and how I use and protect it when you visit my website, interact with me on Instagram or Facebook, or purchase hand-signed limited edition and print-on-demand (POD) prints.I operate in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
My website is built and hosted on Wix, and orders and payments are processed through trusted third-party providers. I do not store your full payment card details on my own systems.
What Data We Collect Contact DetailsYour name, email address, and any message you send via contact form, email, or Instagram / Facebook DM.Order InformationItems purchased, order value, order notes, date of purchase, and communications about your order.
Shipping AddressDelivery name and address, and phone number if provided for courier updates. — I never see or store your full card number. While I take reasonable steps to protect your data, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Please use a secure connection when placing orders. International Transfers Some of my service providers (Wix, Meta, Google, PayPal, Stripe) are based outside the UK and may process data in the US, EU or other countries. Where data is transferred outside the UK, I rely on safeguards such as the UK adequacy regulations, EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK ICO to ensure your data remains protected.

My website and art prints are not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact me and I will delete it promptly.
